Grant
Step 1: Log in to the CFS Donor Portal using your email or Singpass credentials.
Step 2: Under Programmes, select the programmes you’d like to make a grant for.
Step 3: Include the grant schedule and amount details, then click “Add to Cart”.
Step 4: Once you’ve added your programmes, click the shopping cart icon.
Step 5: Review the programmes in your cart and click “Proceed” when ready.
Step 6: Review the details of your cart once more and submit to finalise your grant.
Step 7: Grant disbursement typically takes up to four weeks. You’ll receive a notification once it’s completed.
To make an offline grant disbursement, please contact your Philanthropy Advisor who will provide the necessary details.
Once you make a grant, you will receive an email notification regarding its disbursement to the designated charity.
To track the grant status under Dashboard, go to Activity > Outgoing.
Grants typically take up to four business weeks to be disbursed to the charity upon confirmation.

For the security and privacy of our donors, we are unable to initiate the closure of donor-advised funds online. Please reach out to your philanthropy advisor for assistance and they will be able to advise on the steps required for fund closure.

Step 1: Go to the Donor Portal website.
Step 2: Select “Log in with email”.
Step 3: Select “Forgot password” and fill in your email address details, then click “Send verification code”.
Step 4: Enter the code, then click “Verify”.
Step 5: Reset your password, then click “Next”.
If you notice any discrepancies in your Activity, please contact us here or reach out to your philanthropy advisor.
It may take up to seven days for any changes to be reflected on your dashboard.
All your statements can be found under Dashboard > Quick Access > Donor Statement.
An overview of your donor-advised fund details can be found under Dashboard.
You can switch to another fund online at any time.
Step 1: Look at the top left corner of your dashboard to see the name of your current fund.
Step 2: Click on the fund’s name to open a dropdown menu.
Step 3: Select the donor-advised fund you want to switch to from the dropdown menu.

Step 3: Include the donation amount and your tax deduction details, then click “Next”.
Step 4: Select your preferred donation option: PayNow, Bank transfer, or Cheque. Click “Make a donation”.
Step 5: Complete the transfer according to your chosen donation method.
Step 6: The transfer may take up to seven business days. You’ll receive a notification once we process your donation.
Step 7: Once completed, your donation will be reflected on the Dashboard as “Received”.
For cheque transfers, please include the reference code, fund name and contact number on the back of your cheque to help us match your transfer.
To make an offline donation, please contact your philanthropy advisor who will provide the necessary details.
You will receive an email notification once your donation has been received and processed.
To track the transfer status under Dashboard, go to Activity > Incoming.
Donations can take up to seven business days to process.
Please ensure that the transfer is from a bank account in your name, as transfers from other names or accounts may take more than seven business days for us to verify.
We will provide donation details directly to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS). The donation deductions will be included automatically in your individual or corporate tax assessment.
Any donations over $50 will be eligible for tax deductions.

If your account is compromised for any reason, rest assured that the intruder would still require your OTP verification to gain access. Without it, they cannot access your account. Your security and peace of mind are our priority.
