燕彬家庭基金会：让慈善成为家的传承
对王彬先生而言，慈善不是一个阶段性的举动，而是一种根植于血脉的家庭信念。“我出生在一个传统的华人家庭，从小家里就灌输我们一个观念：‘达则兼济天下，穷则独善其身’。简单来说，就是有能力的人要帮助社会，没有能力的时候也要先照顾好自己。” 这句古训，不仅塑造了他的世界观，也在他移居新加坡之后，转化为一系列源自初心的善举。 关注最需要被守护的群体 在新加坡的慈善道路上，王先生一家选择聚焦于儿童与老年人两个群体——他认为，这是社会中最需要被照顾的一环。 尽管政府已有援助机制，王先生仍希望能“在政府帮助之外，提供更多的支持”。 慈善，从家庭出发 作为两个孩子的父亲，王先生特别重视将慈善精神传递给下一代。 为了让孩子更全面地了解社区的需要，他坚持带他们一同探访受助者。 大女儿澍佳回忆起一次随父母探访爱心福利协会(Caregiving Welfare Association) 的经历： “这份互动让我了解到独居老人也需要定期活动，更需要人与人之间的陪伴与交流 。我很高兴能参与其中。”...
