Bannon heads the Human Resources function. With over two decades of experience leading HR teams in multinational corporations and the public sector, he aims to build a CFS future workforce that advances its mission and vision, while also solidifying Singapore’s position as Asia’s philanthropic hub.
His extensive human resource experience includes stints at the Ministry of Manpower, the National Arts Council, Leica Microsystems and Novartis. A strong advocate for an agile and adaptable workforce, he leads the development and implementation of HR policies, practices and processes that support a high-performance culture in CFS.
Bannon earned his Bachelor of Business, majoring in Human Resource Management from the Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University. He is also registered as an Institute of Human Resource Professional Senior Professional (IHRP-SP).
Bannon joined CFS on 1 March 2025.
