Paul heads the team in charge of Strategic Planning and Finance at CFS. This newly established department will manage planning processes, monitor organisational performance, and work closely with the CFS Board and government.
He has held leadership roles within the public service, including at the Singapore Tourism Board and the National Arts Council, where he oversaw corporate services, planning, sector development, and marketing and communications.
Paul has volunteered in various capacities over the years, including serving on the boards of arts and cultural organisations. Prior to joining CFS full-time, he was a member of its Programmes and Grants sub-committee.
Paul holds a Masters of Arts in Culture and Communications from the University of East Anglia, and recently completed a PhD programme in Creative Writing at Nanyang Technological University. He joined CFS on 12 August 2024.
