Sheu Pean leads the team responsible for technology and business operations at CFS, with a focus on building secure, scalable and resilient capabilities that enable the organisation to deepen its impact and advance its vision and mission in a meaningful way. He is a seasoned technology leader with over 24 years of experience driving IT transformation, digital innovation and operational excellence across both the private and public sectors.
Before joining CFS, Sheu Pean led global IT for corporate functions at GIC and spent more than two decades at Accenture in regional leadership roles, partnering C-suite leaders to deliver high-impact transformation programmes. He brings a strong track record in aligning technology with organisational strategy, strengthening governance and building high-performing teams.
Sheu Pean holds a Bachelor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (Second Class Upper Honours) from the National University of Singapore. He joined CFS on 1 January 2026.
