“强大社会集体项目”一年筹800万元扶助弱势
全国筹款平台“强大社会集体项目”推出一年多以来,新加坡社区基金会与公益金已通过53个捐赠者筹得超过800万元,为低收入弱势家庭提供支援。 文化、社区及青年部代部长兼教育部高级政务部长梁振伟星期三(7月9日)在三巴旺伟林小学召开记者会宣布上述成果,同时表扬11名个人和机构捐赠者,包括纳丹教育提升基金、胜科工业的Energy for Good Fund,以及新中1990年建交后的首个新移民社团天府会。 通过“强大社会集体项目”(Collective for Stronger Society,简称CSS),捐赠者不仅可资助17项全国与社区计划,还可提供非金钱支持,如担任导师、为受惠者提供实习机会,或参与志愿服务。 梁振伟致辞时指出,新加坡在逆境中建国、生存并脱颖而出,靠的不仅是每一个个体的坚韧,更是全民集体守望相助(Gotong Royong)的精神。 “新加坡之所以卓越,在于拥有集体坚韧不拔的新加坡精神。我们坚持将大我放在小我之前。这种精神体现在社会各界携手互助,为弱势群体编织坚实的安全网,不让任何一个人掉队。大我优先于小我的信念,是我们社会持久不衰的力量所在,必须世代相传。” 为配合新加坡建国60周年庆(SG60),政府在2025年财政预算案中推出2亿5000万元的政府公益配对津贴(SG Gives Matching...

捐赠者指示基金由新加坡社区基金会协助设立与管理,款项至少为20万元,既可纳入遗产规划,也可在生前启动,实现长期持续行善,成为灵活的公益途径,吸引越来越多国人关注。 “能在生时就见到自己未来的遗产帮助了别人,这很特别,也很有意义。”新加坡知名励志演说家兼登山家林有利如此形容他的公益之路。 三年前,他通过新加坡社区基金会(The Community Foundation of Singapore,简称CFS)设立了以自己名字命名的捐赠者指示基金(Donor-Advised Funds),分五年投入20万元。目前,这笔基金已开始资助不同的慈善项目。 化挫折为力量 登山家林有利曾征服珠峰,后因重病成为残疾者,使他开始关注残疾群体,并决定设立捐赠者指示基金以捐助慈善。(图/受访者提供) 林有利曾在1998年带领首支新加坡探险队登上珠峰,后来因病成为一名残疾者。他指出,自己在20多年前罹患重病,复原后,因双脚部分神经受损,有时仍需要借助矫正器行动。经历病痛使他开始关注残疾群体,并长期支持SPD(前称体障人士协会)等机构。 “我没有子女,但心里有想帮助的人。设立基金是个长远的做法,符合我的意愿。”——捐赠者指示基金捐赠者林有利 2021年,他与CFS展开长达一年的磋商,最终设立了五年分期投入的捐赠基金(Endowment Fund)。他表示:“我很欣赏CFS的方式。他们不催促你,也不强推方案。整个过程有规律、很清晰。” 基金灵活度高,捐赠者可按自己的时间表投入,也可选择每年支持不同机构。林有利目前就交替资助动物保育组织ACRES与SPD,也支持维修旧轮椅与辅助治疗机器人的项目。...
