New Beginnings: Growth & Gratitude – CFS Annual Report 2025
The Community Foundation of Singapore (CFS) is pleased to release our Annual Report for FY2024, themed “New Beginnings: Growth & Gratitude.”
This year’s report reflects not only the progress we’ve made together but also marks a new chapter with our refreshed brand identity and leadership transition. It celebrates the generosity of our donors, the strength of our partnerships, and the resilience of the communities we serve.
A Year of Milestones
FY2024 was a record-breaking year for CFS. Together with our donors and partners, we achieved:
- $32 million in new donations raised and established 31 new donor-advised funds, bringing our total to over 270 funds since inception.
- $28.4 million disbursed across 260 charities and grantees — our highest disbursement to date.
- Launch of the Collective for a Stronger Society (CSS) with 17 wraparound programmes serving lower-income families.
- Launch of the CFS Donor Portal, enhancing convenience for donors.
- Stories of donors and partners whose generosity has touched lives across Singapore.
- Recognition through the Charity Transparency Award (4th year) and the CSA Cyber Essentials Mark.
New Beginnings
2024 was a year of significant change for CFS. We marked a leadership transition, welcoming Paul Tan as CEO following the retirement of Catherine Loh after 13 years of dedicated service. We also unveiled a refreshed brand identity, along with a sharpened mission and vision: to be a trusted partner that empowers givers, and to build a generous society where communities care and thrive.
Stories of Impact
At the heart of the Annual Report are the stories of donors and partners whose generosity has touched lives across Singapore — from supporting education and healthcare, to uplifting vulnerable groups and caregivers. These stories remind us that when giving is personal, its impact is truly powerful.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all donors, partners, and stakeholders for your continued trust and support.💙
