As a grantmaker, Octava Foundation remains committed towards serving the heightened needs of vulnerable children, youth and their families during this challenging period. To support them, the Foundation has donated $200,000 to the Recess@Home programme under the Sayang Sayang Fund.
‘We found the Community Foundation of Singapore’s (CFS) Recess@Home programme to be a critical solution that addresses an immediate need in the community. CFS has shown itself to be a reliable partner in identifying such needs and we are inspired by their team’s dedication,’ says Octava Foundation Head, Debbie Fang.
‘We hope our efforts will encourage everyone to contribute not only funds but time and effort as well. Together, our combined efforts will go far to provide relief to others amongst us who may require additional support to tide through these trying times.’
